We are looking for a take charge, highly organized individual with extensive knowledge of spreadsheets.

Job Duties will be:
* Managing all equipment, job locations, rental days, etc.
* Going through Dispatch messages daily to confirm delivery and pickup of equipment.
* Checking if equipment was fueled, maintenanced, repaired, etc. upon return.
* Managing a spreadsheet to help our AR Department with billing. * Microsoft excel knowledge is a requirement.

* Scheduled to start in 2 to 4 weeks
* Minimum of 1 year of continuous work, possibly longer
* Paid by the load
* As long as you are willing to work, there will be loads
