Before there was Fina, there was Grandma’s basement. 🤍

Long before “Designed to Dwell. Staged to Sell.” became her motto, the kids in Nicolle’s family and her childhood friends would each claim a room in their grandma’s basement and turn it into their own pretend apartment. And Nicolle? She was the one who brought everyone together for the big reveal — showing off each “apartment” to one another, one tiny tour at a time.

Turns out, the love for spaces, stories, and a good reveal started a lot earlier than she realized. Some passions just don’t let go. 🏡✨
