School buses are designed with safety in mind — from flashing stop-arms to high-visibility yellow paint and protective seat backing — but it's more dangerous for students to get ON and OFF the bus. 🚏

Here's how you — the driver — can help keep our kids even safer:

🛑 Stop for school buses.
🚸 Slow down in school zones and near bus stops.
📵 Stay focused and put away your cell phone.

It was a pleasure, once again, to provide transportation for Fish with a Cop in Greencastle. Thank you Greencastle Police and all the law enforcement agencies. We look forward to many years of working together

In every state, it's illegal to pass a school bus while the stop-arm is extended and the red lights are flashing. 🚍🚫

Just a reminder to stop for school buses loading or unloading!

Did you know?

If you reach an intersection where a school bus is loading or unloading students and the stop arm is activated and the red lights are flashing, all traffic must stop.

Even when the intersection is not marked with a stop sign, and even if you are not directly passing the bus, all drivers must stop.
