More tariff news:
The Office of the United States Trade Representative intend to publish a notice in the Federal Register this week that extends the amount of time certain goods exported from China have to enter the United States before they will be subject to an additional tariff increase from 10% to 25%. Covered products that were exported from China to the US prior to May 10, 2019 will remain subject to 10% tariff if they enter the US before June 15, 2019. Originally the deadline to enter the US before the goods would be subject to additional 25% tariff was June 1, 2019.
Please note that as of today, CBP has not updated their system to reflect the June 15th date.

Last night, in an effort to push Mexico to address immigration issues, the White House announced that a 5% tariff will be imposed on goods from Mexico effective June 10. If Mexico's response is not deemed sufficient, tariffs will be increased according to the following schedule:

10% on July 1;
15% on August 1;
20% on September 1;
25% on October 1.

Rates will remain at 25% thereafter until Mexico "substantially stops the illegal inflow of aliens coming in through its territory."

Press release from White House on proposed tariff increases:

“President Trump has agreed that on January 1, 2019, he will leave the tariffs on $200 billion worth of product at the 10% rate, and not raise it to 25% at this time. China will agree to purchase a not yet agreed upon, but very substantial, amount of agricultural, energy, industrial, and other product from the United States to reduce the trade imbalance between our two countries. China has agreed to start purchasing agricultural product from our farmers immediately.
President Trump and President Xi have agreed to immediately begin negotiations on structural changes with respect to forced technology transfer, intellectual property protection, non-tariff barriers, cyber intrusions and cyber theft, services and agriculture. Both parties agree that they will endeavor to have this transaction completed within the next 90 days. If at the end of this period of time, the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the 10% tariffs will be raised to 25%.”
