Yesterday was such a rewarding day. We met so many people affected by the hurricane and who still don’t have power or water, but you couldn’t tell that. You can tell how resilient the people of Western N.C. are. We laughed and shared stories after we unloaded, it was like we were all family. They talked about how they have been blessed with everyone coming together to help each other in their community.

I want to thank everyone who donated money, supplies, time to coordinate and transport everything. Without y’all this would not have been possible!

I will continue to take donations and also fundraising since currently the demand is greater than the supply, we passed several supply hubs that were running low on items. I will also be putting out a new updated list of needs today now that we have spoken with several locals.

Thank you again to everyone for making this happen❤️
