Here are the funeral arrangements for Pap. After Thursday’s 11am service we will gather for refreshments and fellowship at the old Baker Heights VFD (2229 Charles Town Rd, Martinsburg). Anyone wishing to drop off food or drinks can do so starting at 10am Thursday at the fire dept or contact a family member if a drop off or pick up needs to be done earlier.
Thank you all for the outpouring of love and sentiments to the family. Our Dad will be sorely missed.

It’s is with a heavy heart we share that Pap passed away this morning around 8am. Dad was a blessing to the startup and running of our family business, volunteering to drive and to ride with Ronnie Jr for as long as his health would let him - mostly to see and visit with all the women he loved and sit and drink iced tea with them. Thank you all in advance for your thoughts and prayers and for the memories you may hold dear of our dad. He was a catbird for sure and loved very much.

Memorial Day is the time we go about our day or gather to show our gratitude, reflect and remember those who have died in service to our nation—both on and off the battlefield. Many enjoy the gatherings of family and friends over the weekend, as well. We hope you will join us in participating in the National Moment of Silence on Monday 5/29 at 3pm. Our family wishes all of you a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Just a reminder that RC Hauling, LLC is a part-time (evenings and Saturday delivery) owner/driver operated water delivery business for pool, spa and cistern customers. Due to our other full-time employment, we deliver based upon scheduled appointments. We don’t give quotes over FB, so please call 304-267-8484 with your specifics. Calls to our business number are generally returned the afternoon or evening in which they are received and scheduled appointments generally can be made the following afternoon/evening, but can be farther out depending on other commitments or busy periods (opening season/holidays). Because of our limited scheduling and availability, we hope that our loyal customers will please call us in advance to ensure our availability to provide your water needs. We won't tell you we'll be there if we can't, we'll try to work with you and pool companies as best as we can, we won't add any hidden fees or change our rates depending on whether we are busy at the time. We understand there are other water delivery options available and they are, for the most part, full time; so we appreciate your understanding that our availability may be limited and thank you to those that continue to choose us every year or refer us as your bulk water hauler. Thank you for your support of our community-minded, family business. May you all have a safe and blessed summer!

For some reason when searching for us and using Google as your browser, they are listing us as ‘permanently closed’. We suggest using another browser if the one you’re using can’t give you accurate search information, because we’re still here!💧😉
(But hopefully we’ve fixed the inaccurate reporting.)

Please be advised that due to the issue at the Big Springs water facility and its closure, that the City of Martinsburg has placed a restriction on bulk water filling at the Martinsburg plant.
