Yesterday evening was one of those moments that reminds you exactly why you work so hard.

We celebrated another amazing season with Hagerstown Heat, and my heart is overflowing with pride.

Aniyah brought home multiple awards, including Entertainer of the Year, and watching her continue to grow into such a talented, dedicated, and confident young lady is something I can hardly put into words. The trophies are wonderful, but what makes me proudest is her work ethic, determination, and the way she carries herself both on and off the mat.

I’m equally proud of my son, Amari. He may be little, but he brings so much joy to our family every day. Seeing him all dressed up looking like a little gentleman made this dad smile.

And I have to say how proud I am of Brianna as well. She invests so much time, energy, and love into these children and into this program. Watching her be recognized yesterday was incredibly special. She looked absolutely stunning, and seeing her celebrated for all she does was well deserved.

As I looked around the room, I couldn’t help but feel grateful. My daughter looked beautiful, my son looked handsome, Brianna looked amazing, and I was reminded that these moments are what matter most.

The awards, the smiles, the laughter, the pictures, and the memories made yesterday are things I’ll cherish forever.

Congratulations, Aniyah. We love you, we’re proud of you, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for you. ❤️

Tomorrow is shaping up to be a busy one.

Early morning airport runs, group transportation, and plenty of luggage. Grateful for the continued support from so many great people who trust Eric’s Rideshare with their travel plans.

Seven years ago this started with a Dodge Grand Caravan and a simple goal: provide reliable transportation and treat people right.

Most people only see the finished product when I pull into the driveway.

What they don’t always see is the work that happens behind the scenes.

Today my brother and I replaced the front brakes and rotors, rotated the tires, inspected everything, and gave the Chrysler a thorough once-over. Keeping a vehicle safe, reliable, and comfortable doesn’t happen by accident—it takes time, effort, and preventative maintenance.

I’d also like to give a shout-out to Russ and the team at Petersons Oil & L**e. Over the years they’ve been an important part of helping me keep my vehicles on the road and operating reliably. Having knowledgeable people you can trust makes a big difference when your vehicle is your livelihood.

Whether it’s my Chrysler 300 or a larger vehicle for group transportation, taking care of the equipment is part of taking care of my clients.

Thankful for my brother’s help today, thankful for good people in my corner, and thankful for another day doing what I love.

Summer travel season is here and airport schedules are already filling up quickly.

Earlier today I shared a traffic alert related to an accident in our area. I’ve since removed that post.

It was intended to help drivers in the moment, but once it was no longer current, I didn’t feel it was appropriate to keep accident footage up. Out of respect for those involved, I don’t want my page to be used to showcase incidents.

My goal here is simple: provide useful travel awareness and keep things responsible and professional.

Last night was one of those moments that just makes you sit back and smile.

I was down at Dulles around midnight waiting on a pickup, and a police officer pulled up next to me. I’m thinking, “Here we go… he’s about to tell me I can’t sit here and need to circle.” 😅

I roll the window down and instead he goes…
“Hey… you’re Facebook famous, aren’t you?”

Then he says, “You’re Eric from Eric’s Rideshare.”

Man… I couldn’t help but laugh. We ended up talking for about 10 minutes. He’s actually a cop at Dulles and lives out in Charlestown, and had seen me online.

That right there… that’s crazy to me.
From just trying to build something the right way… to being recognized at the airport by a cop. 🤝

But today? Today was even better.

My daughter had the idea for all of us to go to the park… so that’s exactly what we did.
Me, Brianna, my son, and my daughter — just a simple day, no stress, just enjoying time together.

We hit the playground, ran around, laughed a lot… then wrapped it up with some pizza 🍕

The kind of day you don’t realize you needed until you’re in it.

My daughter played so hard she knocked out early tonight 😴❤️

These are the moments that matter.
This is why I grind the way I do.

Eric’s Rideshare isn’t just about rides… it’s about building a life, a reputation, and something my family can be proud of.
