From a few calls and a lot of belief to more than 1,300 loads moved across the country.

Every one of them had a name behind it. The dealer who needed a truck by Friday. The contractor with a machine that had to be on site Monday. The family moving a car across the country. The big loads and the small ones, each one mattered the same.

Aluminum looks easy until you load it. It is heavy, it scratches, and it does not like moisture. The weight has to sit right on the trailer, the load has to be covered, and nothing can rub against it for days on the road.

Saturday and Sunday are working days for us. If a pickup fell through, a carrier cancelled or the freight just did not get covered, call us and we get it moving.

Ford F-600. Texas to Colorado. 🚛

An F-600 is not a pickup. It is a medium duty truck, and that changes how it gets moved.

It is longer and heavier than a pickup, and the body on the back (flatbed, dump, box or service body) changes the length, height and weight of the whole load. Those numbers decide the trailer and whether it needs permits, so they get confirmed before the truck is booked.

Then there is the route. Texas to Colorado means a long run and a climb into the mountains, and all of it gets planned before pickup.

A scissor lift is compact, but it is not a load you tie down just anywhere.

The platform has to be fully lowered, the guardrails and controls protected, and the straps have to go on the designated tie-down points. Not over the rails and not across the scissor arms, where the pressure can bend what holds the whole machine together.

Why does the quote change after you send the details? Because the first details were incomplete. 🦅

Most quotes for equipment change for the same reason. The machine on the trailer is not the one that was described.

Here is what we need to get it right the first time.

WHAT IT IS. Make, model and year. "A small excavator" can mean very different machines.

REAL DIMENSIONS. Length, width and height with the bucket, blade or attachments on. Not the spec sheet, the machine as it sits in the yard.

WEIGHT. Actual weight with fuel and attachments. It decides the trailer and whether permits are needed.

CONDITION. Does it run, steer and brake? If it does not, it needs a winch and different equipment at pickup.

PICKUP AND DELIVERY. Exact addresses, whether they are a business, a yard or a job site, and whether there is room for a truck to get in and out.

PHOTOS. Four photos from different angles solve most questions before they become problems.

A wrong measurement does not stay a small mistake. It becomes the wrong trailer, an unexpected permit or a driver arriving at a load that does not fit.
