$1,200 - $1400 / wk starting pay based on experience and work history
30 day performance review / raise
90 day performance review / raise
Monthly bonus up to $500 based on performance
Annual bonus based on truck profit
401k with employer matching 100% of first 4% of driver contribution
Drivers take tractors home or park in one of four terminals
Paid weekly on a W-2 via direct deposit
Health insurance with United Health Care (company pays 25%)

Flexible home time based on 1.5 days home per week worked
3 weeks out = 4 - 5 days home
4 weeks out = 6 - 7 days home
5 weeks out = 8 - 9 days home

50% or more drop and hook
NO driver unload EVER
No New York City, majority of miles east of I-25, no chaining up in winter
2020 - 2024 Cascadias with DD15 / DT-12 powertrains
72” double bunk sleepers
APUs / EPUs, Refrigerators / freezers… 1,500-Watt or greater power inverters
EZ Pass / Best Pass and PrePass

Hiring in most areas East of I-35

Driver Requirements
Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience & at least 25 years old
Current DOT physical
Maximum 3 minor moving violations / accidents last 3 years

Yesterday evening, at 18:24 Central Time, DeWitt Transportation lost one of our own to cancer. Spencer Boothe (truck 135, then 131, then 163) was one of the first drivers we hired when he joined the family in August of 2019. He took pride in being the best driver he could be, as well as being a US Marine. He was always eager to help a driver every chance he got. His off-color sense of humor and love of talking about all things trucking will be greatly missed.

I would have said they were crazy had somebody told me two and a half years ago we would have 32 trucks at this point. Dedicated drivers, good credit and good freight can come together to achieve amazing things.
