Policies Prepay Orders via Paypal, Check (1 per order), and Cash payments accepted. *Any fees charged to Aunt Molly's due to non-sufficient funds of any payment type will be charged to the person submitting payment. Cancellation Policy - Made to order (MTO) and custom items - may not be cancelled once in production. All other items may be cancelled within 3 days of ordering only if the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped please refer to the refund policy. Refund Made to order (MTO) cannot be cancelled once in production. Custom items and special order products - No Refunds Other items - Return the item *within 5 days* for a refund of the price of the item. I unfortunately cannot reimburse shipping costs. SHIPPING - All packages ship via USPS (unless buyer assumes risks of their chosen delivery method when they are paying shipping cost). There may be delays during peak holiday seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day), or for weather related issues. Please try and be patient and understanding if this is the case, as these are circumstances beyond my control.
LOCAL - pick up available
DELIVERY* - Contact for info. *if available it is an extra fee. Once packages are shipped, delivery is at the mercy of the USPS - Claims for missing-"delivered" packages are handled between *the buyer and their local post office* unfortunately this is not something I can facilitate. In the case of missing packages not marked "delivered" - If within 30 days the package is not located after a missing package claim has been filed, I will then file an insurance claim with the USPS and send a replacement of the order you purchased. Copyright, Trademark, and Reproduction - If company logos, pictures, and/or images are submitted for imaging it is the responsibility of the individual submitting those items to ensure they are in compliance with company rules, regulations, and policies and have the proper permission to duplicate and/or reproduce those items.
