After years of rehabbing the boat, I’ve finally reached the final stretch. The cockpit served as the main workbench throughout the process—and it definitely looked the part.

Prep for primer included a stainless wire brush on the non-skid, 80/120 grit sanding on the rest of the topsides, followed by a thorough wipe-down with acetone. This is three coats of primer. Paint rolled amazingly well in 50*.
Install of all new hardware coming soon.

First step is to take pictures of every inch and assess how big the project will be.
There's a hard grey epoxy coating up to the toe rail and the bottom has every color of bottom paint in layers. its probably never had the bottom taken back down to gelcoat.
I didn't account for all the detours not related to the boat.
