What if your life could feel like vacation all the time? 🌲🚤☀️
If it meant waking up to lake views every day, would you brave the long Maine winters to make it happen?
For me, it's the thought of morning coffee on the dock, sunrises and sunsets reflecting across the water, and living among the trees that makes it hard not to think about saying yes. ❤️🌲☕

Total game changer for life on the road. 🚐🧊
If you're still buying bags of ice—or just going without like I was—do yourself a favor and get a portable ice maker. We're literally cruising down the highway making ice, and having ice-cold water whenever we want has been amazing.
It's one of those little luxuries I never thought I needed, but now I can't imagine van life without it. After three years on the road, I'm wondering why I waited so long!

RV dump station duty wasn't on her vacation itinerary. 😂
Dad forgot the sewer hose elbow, so our daughter got promoted to hose holder while dry heaving her way through the assignment.
Just another glamorous day of RV life. 🚐💩

Alice’s first full day traveling in the new van, and she’s starting to find her place. We put her bed between the seats, and she happily rode there most of the day—at least until the sun shifted and started shining directly through the windshield. ☀️
We may need to look into ceramic tint for this van like we had on the last one. Even so, Alice handled the adjustment to the new setup really well, and we’re proud of how quickly she’s settling into the new van. 🐾🚐

Glacier Bay National Park is one of those places that truly leaves you speechless. 🏔️💙
We had the incredible opportunity to experience it while on our Alaska cruise, and it quickly became one of the most unforgettable moments of our entire journey.
Massive glaciers, quiet stillness, and breathtaking beauty in every direction… it honestly felt like stepping into another world.
My prayer is that if anyone has a desire in their heart to one day visit Alaska and witness Glacier Bay National Park in person, that God would make a way for that opportunity to come. If it’s not possible for any reason, I hope you can still experience a glimpse of its beauty through our video and feel even a fraction of the awe we felt standing there.
Travel has a way of reminding us just how big and beautiful this world is—and how grateful we are to witness even pieces of it.

First trip in our new Pleasure-Way Ontour 2.2 happens this week, and I’m so excited to hit the road with one of my girls! 🚐✨
One of the challenges of moving from our old van to a new one is learning how to maximize storage all over again and create systems that actually work for life on the road. We picked up a few storage solutions that we're hoping will be road-worthy, keep us organized, and make travel a little easier.
Now comes the real test—seeing how they hold up once the wheels start turning. 😄

Nature is so cool! 🌿
If you're not already doing it, I want to encourage you to keep a bucket list. It can be as simple as a note on your phone. Whenever you come across a place you want to see or an experience you want to have, add it to the list.
Then start planning your vacations around those dreams instead of scrambling for ideas when it's time to travel.
I just added seeing the synchronous firefly event at Congaree National Park to my list. It’s one of those experiences that takes a little intentional planning since entry is through a national park lottery, but that's exactly why I love keeping a bucket list. It gives me something exciting to look forward to and helps turn "someday" into an actual plan. ✨
