How to stagger works on a stair wall can be a bit tricky. Equal step down; center height above the viewing stair; or..? In this case I centered the middle one and used the same drop and raise on the flanks. Not equal to the stair angle, but looks sharp.

This charred remnant fluttered into our yard yesterday, miles from the fires. My heart goes out to all those affected by the fires.
We have over 100 clients in the Palisades zip code alone. Just tragic.

Three for Thursday. Looks like a very straightforward install of a large framed photo. But the clients wished to minimize the impact to the wood, so we provided a hanging system solution using products. Happy client again. (And scroll for a wee beastie we installed afterwards 😉)
