He is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He took advantage of an elderly woman. He defrauded her of multiple thousands of dollars by taking her furniture, not repairing or finishing the job as promised, not standing behind his work and being rude and hanging up on the client when questioned about the work quality. Along with calling me a liar and hanging up on me
