Not every aloe plant is the same 👀

I saw this Aloe arborescens outside and it made me realize how many people think all aloe works like Aloe vera.

Some aloe plants have a strong yellow sap inside the leaf that can irritate skin if you use it the wrong way.

Plants are powerful… but knowing which plant you’re using matters.

Why does screaming actually make you feel better?

I was overwhelmed one day and just screamed. Afterward, I felt lighter. I learned that screaming releases endorphins and helps regulate your nervous system.

So I’m creating a space in Los Angeles for us to do that intentionally.
