Last week at Summit, our team kept having the same conversation.

Companies moving serious volume in Gaylords, buying new every single time — not because they'd weighed the alternative and ruled it out, but because USED had never been put in front of them as a real option.

Across two days at the Bellagio, Zac Fratkin, Johnny Arias, and David Rodriguez heard versions of it from electronics recyclers, IT asset recovery teams, and reverse logistics operators. Buying new by default, not by decision.

That's a visibility problem, and it's ours to solve. The answer is usually the same: USED where it fits the application, new where it's required, and a recovery program when the volume supports it. Lower total cost, without gambling on supply.

Thank you to everyone who stopped our team in the expo hall, the hallways, and — in one case — the elevator. Those are the conversations that make the trip worth it.

From there, Zac moved through more roles than most people stay for — picking up ideas, improving things, and building a reputation as the kind of person who doesn't just do a job, he figures out how to do it better. Over the years, he's been one of the biggest drivers of how this company has evolved — new systems, new thinking, new ways of operating.

Today, he's our Chief Revenue & Information Officer. Revenue strategy and technology, under one person who knows this business from the ground up. Literally.
