A Deeper Dive: Ray's Via de la Plata In '23, I hiked the 700km Camino Francés,the most popular and historic route of Spain’s Camino de Santiago (the Way of Saint James). I aim to go deep within.

On 8/27, I step into the longest and toughest of the Caminos…the 1000km Via de la Plata.

Pics from a strenuous and challenging hike in the woods. Rocks, steep inclines, and streams where a path should be all added for a memorable and sweaty adventure up to the highest point of the entire Camino Sanabrés. And then I crossed from Castilla y León into Galicia…my final region on the way to Santiago sw Compostela! So far: 514.06 miles done, out of (approx) 621.37!! 👍🏼
