At Prestige Moving we believe in honesty, accountability, and doing right by our customers but we also believe in standing up for our team when unfair claims are made.

Recently, a situation arose where we were hired strictly for a load-only service to move 4 items on a trailer thay we had dropped off and was soon to pick up after the customer had used it. My self and my team arrived on time, completed the job professionally, and had no further involvement beyond loading the customer’s trailer. We never drove the trailer after loading, we weren’t responsible for transport, and we had zero control over how the items were handled afterward.

Unfortunately, the customer had made damaging and completely unfounded accusations about property damage 4 days after she had already driven the trailer any pictures or evidence of doing soo, ALL WHILE FAILING TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE WE PROVIDED. As well as calling uhaul them selfs to add extra days to rent the trailer WITHOUT approval from my self who had payed for the trailer in the first place.

Like any service-based business, issues occasionally come up and when they do, we take full responsibility and address them directly with the customer. We don’t make public statements or point fingers because we believe in handling things the right way.

However, this situation goes far beyond a typical concern.This situation is unjust, dishonest, and completely one-sided. It’s a deliberate attempt to shift blame and avoid accountability, while making false claims to damage our name. ALL WHILE NOT EVEN PAYING FOR THE WORK WE DID WHICH IS CONSIDERED THEFT, We will not allow our hardworking team to be slandered or stolen from.

We stand behind the truth. We stand behind our crew. And we will always stand up when integrity is under attack.

This is a reminder that there are always two sides to every story. While we respect all of our clients, being professional goes both ways. We will not tolerate false claims or toxic behavior used as a distraction from accountability. We stand by our work, our values, and the integrity of our team.

What an honor it was to help out Heather Reed and Kevin, going from a solider to a teacher, we always will go above and beyond for our troops. Thank you for your Service Kevin.

We unloaded a uhaul to the second floor as well as picking up 2 badass bikes and helping bring them to there garage, 3 hours is all it took! Leaving them thrilled to use Prestige Moving again next week!

With such a hard week prior, today has been a blessing due too two 2 amazing people with such caring hearts. my moving equipment was recently all stolen, from all my Dollie’s, ratchet straps to moving blankets.

I just had helped Baylor Grace today for I believe the 3rd time with a trash removal and had let her know my situation, with the amazing heart she had, she gifted me a new dolly, moving blankets and helped me get new materials. I was beyond shook with goodbumps, and absolutely grateful for her support and kindness.
Shortly after Green & Growing LLC , Barry the owner I’m telling you the most wonderful soul you will ever meet, the person who sticks to his word and does everything for the community, not for him or the money but out of the love he has for everyone. He had told me he had a present for me that he was gifted for Father’s Day but wanted to pass it to me, it was another dolly…
I was amazed at what has had happened today, and beyond grateful for such a wonderful community that I can get back to work and start helping once again. Thank you for the bottom of my heart, Baylor and Barry and too all who supports Prestige Moving LLC. ❤️
