United Airlines flight UA1394, a Boeing 737-724, lined up on the left side of the runway 10L during an intersection departure at Chicago-O'Hare, IL (ORD). The crew aborted the takeoff. They vacated the runway, taxied to the threshold of runway 10L and departed eight minutes later.

The ATR 42-500 maritime surveillance plane that impacted a mountainside on approach to Makassar, Indonesia, on 17 January, experienced degraded GPS data, according to a the preliminary report released today. GPS data was off by about 15 nautical miles by the end of the flight.

Aerocivil Colombia published the preliminary report on the 28 January 2026 accident of a Beech 1900D near Ocaña Airport (OCV), that killed all 15 on board.

The pilot’s failure to maintain adequate airspeed after takeoff due to his distraction by the opening of the cabin door, led to the crash of a Beech A36TV Turbine Bonanza near Lancaster Airport (LNS), Pennsylvania, USA, in March 2025. This was the main conclusion from a newly released NTSB report.
The pilot and one passenger were seriously injured, and the other three passengers sustained minor injuries.
A factor in the accident was the airplane’s overweight condition, which increased its stall speed.
