🚜🔧 Another Forklift Back in Action! 🔧🚜

The crew at True Country Equipment was called out to diagnose and repair a Yale forklift that was having multiple operational issues.

After digging into the machine and running through diagnostics, we tracked the problem down to a TOSS sensor failure that was preventing the forklift from operating accurately, along with an APP (Accelerator Pedal Position) sensor issue affecting machine performance.

While we had it apart, we also chased down and repaired an annoying continuous horn/honking issue that had been driving everyone crazy.

✅ Diagnosed electrical faults
✅ Repaired TOSS sensor circuit issues
✅ Corrected APP sensor problems
✅ Eliminated nonstop horn malfunction
✅ Machine tested and returned to service

This is exactly why proper diagnostics matter. Throwing parts at a machine gets expensive fast. Taking the time to trace the problem, test circuits, and verify sensor operation gets the equipment fixed right the first time.

I just wanted to jump on here real quick and let you all know—we’re out here in Warsaw today helping clean up from the storms that came through last night. There’s a lot of folks dealing with damage, and we’re just doing what we can to lend a hand.
First off, I just want to say God is great. We’re thankful everyone’s safe, and we’re gonna keep showing up for our community the best we can.
If anybody out there needs help—whether it’s storm cleanup, moving stuff, or even if your vehicle’s down and you need to get to a doctor appointment or something important—please reach out to me. We’ll do everything we can to help you out.
Also, just a heads up, I’m not at the shop today. So if you stop by, we’re not ignoring you—we’re just out here trying to take care of folks that need it right now.
