Counting our eight beautiful blessings this morning. With one more on the way that we know of. We love being grandma and grandpa. I am so grateful for all these sweet little spirits that are in our family. I’m also grateful that their parents are teaching them to rely on their Savior Jesus Christ.

Thank you for this wonderful virtual race with (BYU race against cancer). We had so much fun as a family “training” for it as well as the “event day”. We shared our progress through video calls and Marco Polo’s and Devin put together our awesome video. Check out the full video on my story. This was a great family unifying event over the past 6 weeks of our quarantine (or however long it’s been) our kids across the country all joined in. I love this family! They all can do hard things! They are valiant men, women, and children! Way to go everyone!!

Today is Good Friday. Our beloved prophet has called for a second national fast and prayer. The purpose is four fold: that the present pandemic may be controlled, caregivers protected, the economy strengthened, and life normalized.

I have faith the lord will hear our pleas as a world community.

Travel and Food Passion

My name is Loralee Evans and I have launched an online food and travel business. My primary aim is to help people find places to travel and what they can do while on vacation. The other part is to experience the amazing foods locally.

To achieve what I set out to do, I have set up a blog Evans Food and Travel Way . Social media is a way to see some of the tips, but ultimately the blog has all of the information. Not only information, but great photos are posted so you can enjoy travel while in your home sitting at your computer!

I have enjoyed travel for as long as I can remember. Even packing my suitcase, going to the airport and sitting at the gate (I know, crazy huh?) bring me joy! As we travel we get to know new people, cultures and food from all over. This world is big, but being able to connect with other people in different places, brings us closer to being one.

It has been a lot of fun and very interesting journey so far as I am learning how to share all this information with you. My hope is to continue to increase the ease of being able to see what great places and food await us around the world.
