Made a drive early this morning and picked up a new wagon for Handsome and Thor. Plans are to rework it a bit and add some seating.

Took it for a test drive behind the side by side. I think the kids approve!

Thor is getting better everyday with the Littles running around. We've got big plans for this boy. 😁

The kids really love sitting on Handsomes back while he eats his pellets/grain. He does so good with kids!

It's been a long winter but Handsome and Thor have definitely been enjoying the green pasture! Handsome turns 22 this year🤯. Old guy still gets around pretty good though. Looking forward to more years and events with my boy!

Don't mind the massive brush pile. The fence got tore down about a month ago. I decided that if I have to rework the fence I might as well expand the pasture for my boys. Still a work in progress.

Yesterday was a pretty awesome day!

Huge shout out and thanks to my wife's uncle for coming over and helping me get the boys hitched together for the first time! We got the harnesses properly fitted and did a little ground work. I've never driven a team before and was a little nervous but Handsome and Thor acted like they've done it a hundred times. It was amazing!

I'm looking forward to doing more ground work and can't wait to see them on the carriage together!

Thor and I had another event at The Leipsic Community Center Sunday night. Thor did great considering it was his first major event with people all around. We do need to work on his confidence a bit. The lines in the road and transitions from concrete to asphalt threw him off but we'll get there haha. I personally need to research more on properly fitting a harness. I think that will help a lot as well. Together I think we will eventually be a great team and I look forward to learning more and making future events even better!

***Thors first time on the carriage***

Thor made his debut as a carriage horse last night. It was a family event at my sister's and he did great for his first time. The ice was a little challenging but he stayed sure footed and kept on pulling. Super proud of this guy!
