What happens in a BlueSea session?

We begin with you, how you’re feeling, what brought you here, and what needs attention in your life.

Through conversation, we explore your emotions and notice what you’re experiencing in your body. Depending on your needs, we may include Reiki, sound work, or other practices within the BlueSea Method.

There is space to talk, feel, and simply be. You don’t need to arrive knowing how to explain everything.

We close with reflection and personalized notes to support you in bringing what we explored into daily life.

Do you ever feel guilty when you rest?

Many of us learned to keep going, take care of others, and put our own needs last. After a while, even a quiet moment can feel like something we have to earn.

You don’t have to wait until you’re exhausted to pause.

Today, notice what happens when you give yourself a little time to breathe, enjoy something simple, or do nothing at all.

What makes rest difficult for you?

Healing Happens When We Meet Ourselves Fully

Sometimes healing is not about finding another answer.

It is about creating enough space for the different parts of ourselves to finally meet.

The body carries what we have lived.
Our emotions carry what we have felt, and sometimes what we never allowed ourselves to feel.
And the soul carries that deeper knowing that often gets lost beneath the noise of life.

When the body is saying one thing, the emotions another, and the mind is trying to control everything, we can lose our sense of inner coherence.

But something begins to shift when we stop separating ourselves.

When the body is allowed to speak.
When emotions are allowed to move.
When the mind becomes quiet enough to listen.
When the soul is invited back into the conversation.

Healing can happen when the body, emotions, and soul are finally allowed to meet.

Maybe healing is not always about fixing what is wrong.

Maybe sometimes it is simply about becoming whole again.

🌕 Lunar Eclipse in Pisces

This Lunar Eclipse in Pisces brings us back to a story that began in September 2024.

Think back.

Who were you then?

What was beginning to change in your life, perhaps before you even understood where it was taking you?

Eclipse cycles are often spoken about as endings and beginnings. But life is rarely that clean.

We don’t simply close one chapter and wake up the next morning in another.

We integrate.

Experiences change us. Loss changes us. Decisions, uncertainty, relationships, unexpected turns, all of it becomes part of who we are becoming.

And through integration, we slowly return to coherence.

Not necessarily because everything around us has been resolved, but because something within us begins to come back into alignment.

This is the final Pisces lunar eclipse of a cycle that began in September 2024.

And while something is completing, something new has already begun.

Maybe that is the invitation of this eclipse:

Not simply to ask,

What am I ready to release?

But to look back at the person you were in September 2024 and ask:

What have these two years changed within me?

What have I integrated?

Where am I finding greater coherence?

And perhaps most importantly…

What is becoming possible now that wasn’t possible then?

Sometimes the new chapter begins quietly, while the old one is still finding its ending.

PROTECT YOUR ENERGY

Protecting your energy doesn’t mean closing yourself off from the world.

It means becoming aware of what you allow into your inner space, and what you choose to carry.

Not every emotion belongs to you.
Not every problem is yours to solve.
Not every invitation requires a yes.

Sometimes protection is a boundary.
Sometimes it is rest.
Sometimes it is simply recognizing:

“This is not mine to carry.”

Protect your peace. Honor your limits. Stay connected to yourself.

If you’ve been feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, I invite you to experience a BlueSea Session, a space to reconnect, restore balance, and return to yourself.

Not every emotion needs to be fixed.

Sometimes, it simply needs to be acknowledged.

We often learn to suppress uncomfortable emotions, to stay strong, keep going, or push them away. But healing invites us to create a safe space where emotions can surface without judgment.

To feel does not mean we have to become overwhelmed by what we feel.

We can learn to notice an emotion, name it, acknowledge its presence, and allow ourselves to experience it with compassion and awareness.

Emotions carry information.
They can show us what hurts, what matters, what needs attention, and what may be ready to heal.

The goal is not suppression.
The goal is learning how to feel safely, understand deeply, and integrate consciously.

If you feel called to explore your emotions in a supportive and integrative space, I invite you to book a private session with me at BlueSea Wellness Center.

Today, August 12, we experience a powerful Total Solar Eclipse in Leo, an invitation to recognize what has completed its purpose and make space for what is ready to emerge.

With the South Node in Leo, we are invited to release old identities, roles, expectations, and definitions of success that may no longer reflect who we are becoming.

The North Node in Aquarius asks us to move differently, to adapt, collaborate, explore new possibilities, and create greater freedom.

Perhaps today the question is not simply:

What new thing do I want?

But rather:

What version of myself and my life am I no longer willing to maintain simply because it is familiar?

✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What has completed its purpose?
✨ Who am I becoming?

Release what has fulfilled its purpose.
Make space for what you are becoming.
