Looking for drivers for 2 positions.
1st Position: 1 CDL driver who’s familiar with United, Suddath or Mayflower paperwork. (LOCAL)
2nd Position: OTR
This applies to all candidates. Please understand this; our ad has been running for almost 1 year on Indeed and other platforms. We’ve hired tons of drivers. To avoid skepticism, If this was a SCAM, it would've been reported, and taken down already.
This is a tough industry, and every company struggles with keeping their drivers. We are doing things differently. Please pay close attention and read the entire post.
*If for some reason, you’re not making money with our company through our TRUCK FINANCE PROGRAM, we’ll allow you to take the truck to another company if the company can guarantee you a better PAYCHECK.
***Important... For security purposes, we hold 2 weeks until you get your own truck. Once you do, it’ll be just 1 week.

=>Many companies are going out of business due to this PANDEMIC. We're planning on buying some of their fleet. Which means, we will have more used trucks available to finance to drivers at $0 down.
We are looking for hard working DRIVERS to join our $0 DOWN TRUCK FINANCE PROGRAM. We buy the truck and finance it to you. All you have to do is drive, and truck payments will be deducted automatically until it’s paid off.
The first three months, you’ll be given a temporary rental truck. You’ll be working as OWNER OPERATOR and paying for the truck rental fee. After the three months, if you’re happy with your pay, tell us what kind of truck you want, model, make, and year, then we purchase it. Just that simple. (No customized trucks)
—> ALL DRIVERS are welcome and are eligible for our WALK AWAY LEASE PROGRAM. (With our walk away lease program, you can return the truck at any given time if for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your pay.)
—> STUDENT DRIVERS must have a co-driver with minimum 1 year with his or her CDL.

*Our average driver makes more than any company driver across the nation. We’re not allowed to put how much our strong drivers/hard runners are making. Our weakest/slowest runners (RESPECTIVELY) still make anywhere from $1,200-$1,700, or more if it’s a really good week.
=>Whether you know it or not, like it or not, company drivers are paying for the truck they’re driving. If your profit for the week is $3,000, since you’re a company driver, you get about $1,500 and the company keeps the rest. Here, you get 80% of the load. After all expenses, if you’re left with $2,500, that’s your money. Plus you get to keep the truck once it’s paid off. That’s for our Truck Finance and Lease Purchase Program.
