APoint Shuttle Service APoint: Your adventure shuttle service. Taking you from your destination “B point” to your “A Point.”

APoint Shuttle Service picks up adventurers as well as their bike/boat/equipment at their B-Point and brings them to the start of the trip- the A-Point. This eliminates crowding at trailheads and launches while having a vehicle ready and waiting at the end of the excursion.

This juvenile Virginia Opossum came into care after being stuck in someone's bathtub. Critters this age are big enough to get into trouble but not quite able to get themselves out of it.
Opossums are opportunistic feeders. They'll go after the easy meal: the pet food dish you leave on your porch or inside your pet door. So the fact that this gal was inside wasn't alarming, or direct cause for care.
Bathtubs are a slippery source for water and hard to get out of, she may have injured herself, or an injury was why she was going for an easy meal.
She also had an engorged tick on her ear, and opossums are very diligent with their grooming and hygiene.
So, this gal got a bath and thorough check for injuries and illness.
After observation, she was deemed healthy and learning to live her best wild life, so she was released in her ideal habitat. A reliable water source, plenty of forest debris and hiding spots for naps, and an ample supply of berries, bugs, and rodents for her to fill her belly.

Bikes inside the van?
If we can, yes.
Why?
Because I can control what happens in my van. I can not control things outside the van, such as other drivers or highway debris.
We think it's safer inside. For two riders, we can secure bikes to our interior racks.
We do have hitch mount racks, or an enclosed trailer for groups.
Each of our shuttles is custom tailored to what best suits your party.
We are now booking into November with a few select dates available in August and October.

This little guy may look like he needs help, however, he's doing exactly what he's meant to do. Babies leave the nest and hang out on the ground while their parent(s) watch from nearby. This is crucial for them to learn to fly and find their own food.
While it's sometimes inconvenient for us, we need to make adjustments while nature does its thing.
And really, when they decide to nest on your porch, and make your sidewalk their classroom, what they're really doing is giving you a front row seat to their family's growth.
