Atlas Moving partnered with R.A.K.I. Computers and the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury to organize a citywide E-waste recycling event for Lake Charles, LA. The citizens of Lake Charles and Sulphur brought out computers, printers, tv monitors and various other e-waste items for the Atlas Movers and parish workers to sort and transport to R.A.K.I. computers for recycling. This year’s event had the biggest turnout on record for the city: 45 palettes and 15 boxes filled with E-waste. As an environmentally aware local moving company we are proud to have organized this event and bring our city a step closer to a cleaner and greener future!
