I think I’ve mentioned this before, but I’m back to remind you that the Boardwalk is a hidden gem 💎

You’ll see LOTS of online discourse about Yacht and Beach Club, because Stormalong Bay is a REALLY great pool 🤩

But if you’re headed on an adults-only trip or a trip with young kids, I actually prefer the Boardwalk over Yacht and Beach! 😅

This resort is GORGEOUS, the location is amazing and we can usually find some really great pricing at this resort as compared to the other EPCOT area resorts! 🤫

This also might be a hint as to where my next Walt Disney World stay is 😉

A Disney Dining Plan tip for you 👀

When you have the Disney Dining Plan your meals include a drink - that includes some specialty drinks like an alcoholic beverage for adults or some fun kids’ drinks 🧋

If you are dining at a restaurant where “normal” drinks are already included (like a buffet or family style restaurant) and you don’t WANT to order a specialty drink, ask if you can have bottles of water instead! 💦

These come in clutch when it’s warm out and it really helps you maximize the value of those dining credits! 🤩

My fellow boy moms - do NOT miss this PhotoPass location! 👀

During our trip in May we had SO much fun with the lightsaber photos in Galaxy’s Edge. I think these may be my all-time favorite PhotoPass photos 😍

This photo op is only available after dark and the photographer had tons of lightsabers to choose from to use in your photos! 📸

Just pack your patience - this is a popular photo op and the photographer will take their time getting the best shots for each group. But that’s what makes sure you get these amazing results! ❤️

If you haven’t taken advantage of FREE DINING for kids in 2026 you are missing out 😅

I finally ran our real numbers from our May trip and THIS is how it turned out 👀

Background: this trip was me, my 11-year old, my 9-year-old and my 7-year-old for 3 nights with the Disney Dining Plan (which gave us 3 table service, 3 quick service and 3 snack credits each plus one refillable mug each). So we paid for the dining plan for two people and got two people FREE! 🍽️

➡️ We paid $591.54 for the dining plan

Here’s the breakdown of what our total out of pocket cost would have been ⬇️

☕️ 4 refillable mugs = $97.94
📸 3 character meals for four = $715.64
🍨 12 Mickey bars (our fav!) = $82.94
🍕 12 quick service meals (6 kids meals, 6 adult meals) = $191.70****

**** full transparency - this is an estimate using $12 per child meal and $18 per adult meal because you don’t get a receipt when you pay with dining credits and I can’t remember exactly what we ordered 😅

⭐️ For a total out of pocket cost of $1,088.22!
