For indoor storage sqft is calculated by widest width multiplied by total length from furthest rear point (swim deck or engine) to furthest front point including hitch. For shrink wrap length is linear length from furthest rear point of boat (swim deck or engine) to tip of bow on boat.

Indoor storage is limited please call or text today to reserve your spot, indoor storage is cold storage and your engines will still need to be winterized.

Storage is one time in one time out there will not be maintained access through the winter, winter storage is through Memorial Day 2027.

-Drop off shrink wrap $17/ft traditional, $20/ft bioaqua

-Winterizing outboards $199, inboards $299 mobile or drop off. Winterizing includes running -100 antifreeze through the engine, draining engine coolant ports, fogging cylinders, unhooking batteries, treating the fuel for winter storage and changing Lower unit oil. Other services such as tune up, impeller replacement, and engine oil change can be added at time of service for additional charges, for mobile we will need to know ahead of time to have the parts with us, if storing with us over the winter we can perform all services and have your boat in top shape for spring!

Outdoor storage $250 fall through Memorial Day

We also offer pickup for our lake Ann storage yard and Manton storage yards, winter storage at either yard is $250 for the winter, we have space to store most things (boats, rvs, campers, cars) this will be a one time in one time out storage at both locations there will not be access throughout the winter. We offer pickup, please reach out for a quote, we pickup for free within a reasonable distance of either yard. $250
Is for the winter duration, anything left in our yards beyond the end of terms of winter storage will be subject to weekly or monthly storage rates

Spring start up, battery charge once over prior to season with quote for any recommended services $99

Putting some docks to bed for the winter! Reach out if you need a dock removed this fall, $5/ft of standard 3-4’ wide dock (8’ long sections $40 each, 10’ long sections $50 each), $15 each for bench, ladder, and corner pieces. Jet ski hoists $50, average boat hoists $250. This service is just to pull out and stack on shore on site, anything that can’t be stacked on the shore line please reach out for a quote with distance it needs transported!
