We have an immediate opening for a dispatcher.

List of job duties:
Apply for oversize/overweight permits for equipment moves.
Maintain truck fuel & mileage data for quarterly IFTA filing.
Process new & renewed truck titles and registrations.
Compile & process road bond paperwork for access to jobs.
Compile billing information & process invoices & receipts for hauling customers.
File monthly sales tax reports & payments.
Record driver hours worked & employment information.
Process biweekly payroll.
Answer phones, filing and other misc. office tasks.

We are seeking qualified CDL-A drivers with experience operating Low-boy trailers. Candidates with multi-axle endorsements are preferred, but willing to help the right candidate obtain any needed endorsements. 40+ hours guaranteed, no layoffs. Occasional over nights will be required. Salary range 65k-75k.
