My husband sent me to Disney last year when I finished cancer treatment. I had been wanting to see the Christmas parties the previous 2 years and was unable to because of my treatments. It was the best surprise 😭

Going on that trip, I had no plans... well other than food I was absolutely going to eat in the park. I got on a plane and showed up. I went with the flow. I didn't "look" for things to happen. I welcomed whatever wanted to happen to play out. And it was one of the most magical trips. I was in the parade!!!!! I met so many other survivors!!! I was pixie dusted so many times!!!!

I guess my point is, sometimes the best moments happen when you at least expecting it. When we go to Disney, we can get so caught up in planning every detail that we miss the small moments around us. So if you have a trip coming up, just be present and allow the magic to happen around You!!

I hope everyone's Monday is as exciting as my last trip to the grocery store!!!

If you know me or have seen any of my newer posts, you know, I absolutely positively love finding unique foods that we don't have in the US, or just different versions of the foods that we have as far as flavors go.

This is by far one of my FAVORITE ever halls that I have ever seen 😍 And I would love to share it with you!

In another life, i'm pretty sure I will own a international grocery store!!

FUN FACT: I got married at our zoo!!!!!! And it was the best day!! At our wedding, our bridal party got to spend time alone feeding the giraffes and it was magical! Today my husband surprised me at the Cincinnati zoo recreating that moment! And it was magical!

One of my FAVORITE things about traveling is these moments. The core memories. The moments that you may not get to experience every day! The moments you carry with you the rest of your life!

May we all find these moments ❤️

POV: You walk into Disney’s Art of Animation for the FIRST TIME… and immediately feel like you stepped into the movies. 🥹🏰✨

Okay Disney friends… WHY DID NO ONE PREPARE ME FOR THIS?! 😂

Walking through this resort for the first time was seriously magical. From the larger-than-life Disney & Pixar details to the little touches everywhere you look, it feels like you’re actually walking through the worlds of the movies. 🎨🐠🦁🚗

And this is one of the things I LOVE about Disney vacations — sometimes the magic isn't even inside the parks. ✨

There are SO many resort experiences, hidden gems, transportation tips, dining spots, and little details that can completely change the way you experience your Disney vacation.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO if you walked up on a beach and saw this!?!?!

What if I told you I could plan a vacation for you where these majestically creatures come up every evening and you dont need a passport?!

As much as I love planning Disney memories for people, I also really enjoy planning trips all over the world! This is a video I took on the island of Kauai 🌸 On one of the south beaches, this location is known for these beautiful 🐢 (some monk lions as well!!) They track these turtles and learn so much about them, and it is such a beautiful sight to see!! It also is a bonus that there's the best hot dog place ever across the street. So there's nothing more romantic than eating a hot dog (or shall I say a Puka dog!!!) And watching these turtles over sunset!!!

If you have been considering a vacation to Hawaiʻi, it truly is a wonderful place. ❤️ I have since learned more about the recent storms and the devastating impact they have had on parts of Kauaʻi and its community. Recovery and healing will take time.

My original intention with this post was simply to share a beautiful video and memory from our honeymoon. There are so many incredible places to explore throughout the Hawaiian Islands, and as always, I believe travel should be approached thoughtfully and with respect for the communities we visit. 🌺
