From the pages of "The Old Geezer's Almanac", today we commemorate the founding of Apple Computers, in Cupertino California, on April 1st, 1976.
What started out as a venture to build "do it yourself" computer kits has grown rich, making things for people who can't do anything by themselves.

"The Old Geezer's Almanac" reports today is the birthday of Linus Torvalds, born December 28th 1969. About half of y'all are saying "Who?". Torvalds created and released the Linux Kernel/operating system, in 1991.
