✈️ Travel Tip Tuesday: When is the BEST time to book your trip? 👀

This is one of the questions I hear all the time...

“Should I book now, or should I wait?”

And honestly? There isn't one magic day when travel is always the cheapest. 🤷‍♀️

But there are some things I like to keep in mind when planning a trip:

✈️ Flights: Prices can change constantly, so waiting until the last minute can mean fewer choices and potentially higher fares. If your dates are important, I’d rather start watching prices early than wait and hope for a deal.

🚢 Cruises: If you have your heart set on a particular ship, cabin, itinerary, or sailing date, earlier is usually better. Popular sailings can fill up long before departure.

🏝️ All-Inclusive Resorts: Booking ahead can give you a better selection of resorts, room categories, dates, and flight options, especially if you're traveling during a popular time.

🎄 Holidays & School Breaks: This is one area where I definitely wouldn't recommend waiting until the last minute. Availability can disappear quickly, and the options left may not be what you originally wanted.

💡 My biggest tip?

Don't get so focused on finding the absolute lowest price that you end up missing out on the vacation you actually wanted.

Sometimes the best value isn't the cheapest option... it's getting the right trip, the right dates, and the experience you really want. ❤️

A New Milestone for TideBound Travel! 🌊

I’m excited and incredibly proud to share that I have officially completed Passport to Pinnacle with Honors! 🎓

Over the past 12 weeks, I had the opportunity to participate in a mentorship program through my host agency specifically designed to help travel advisors grow and thrive as travel professionals.

And WOW… I learned SO much! 🤯

From gaining actionable skills and expanding my supplier knowledge to learning more about the business of travel and how to better serve my clients, this experience has given me even more knowledge, confidence, and tools to help create incredible travel experiences.

But completing the program isn't the finish line it’s just another step in the journey.

Now I'm taking everything I've learned and putting it into action to help my clients:
