SUPER BOWL OF CHILI
Chili and football go hand-in-hand, and this recipe lets you pile on the flavor without using any meat! Spray a 4-qt. Casserole with oil. Cook 1 medium chopped onion, 1 medium chopped green bell pepper and 2 garlic cloves pressed with Garlic Press over medium heat 2 – 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans (rinsed and drained), 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained), 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce and 1 tbsp chili powder. Bring it to a boil over medium heat then cover and simmer over medium-low heat 30 minutes. Serve it in bell pepper cups — just hollow out peppers with the Scoop Loop™ — and garnish with sour cream and cilantro.

I am looking for a group of ten busy ladies that would love to start a Monthly Dinners Done Workshop Club. Here's how it works:

- Each month, one person hosts and gets all of the host benefits, rotating hosts. And if someone doesn't have the available space to have it at their house, you can use my house for that month.

- We will draw names to figure out an order of who hosts what months.

- The two months we don't have a host (June & December) you can either not do a workshop or it can be a mystery host workshop and one lucky lady will get the host benefits for that month. Or you could make it a fundraiser and donate a portion of the sales to a charity of your choice.

Let me know if you and some friends or co-workers want to get together and do this!! We can start in May or June!!

If you're not familiar with how a Dinners Done Workshop works, here it is:
- In a 2-hour workshop, you make ten meals to feed your family with.
- Each meal feeds 4-6 people and usually there are leftovers.
- Cost is around $3/serving.
- You register by pre-ordering a Pantry Package. Pantry Packages vary between $60-$75, depending on the menu. You also get a free gift for registering.
- You will be given a shopping list for groceries you need to bring with you to the workshop. Your groceries should cost you about $100 on average. Sales and coupons will make it less and buying specialty and/or organic may increase it some.
