April handles HR and safety — the first call after you apply, the person walking you through onboarding, and the go-to for any question about the program. Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central.

Dispatch runs daily operations, load planning, and the communication rhythm that keeps miles moving. Dispatchers work with you, not around you — they build the routine that fits how you like to run.

Fleet management handles truck assignments and condition — matching the right unit to the right driver, then keeping tabs on it. The truck you end up in is a unit the team personally stands behind.
