Hot Mess Harbor is back at it and yes… we are getting stuff DONE. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to come hang with us, this is it.

🕗 Work Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM🍽 Lunch provided midday🍽 Family dinner + good hangs after the work is done! Fire pit and marshmallows are ready!

🎶 Expect good vibes, party music, organized chaos, and a whole lot of purpose

No skills needed. Seriously. If you can carry things, clean things, paint things, or just show up with a great attitude — you’re hired for the day.

🚨 SHE SOLD. 🚨
The MITseaAH has officially left the chat.

We are equal parts stoked, relieved, and mildly shocked (because… boats). This one was a ride—tools everywhere, to-do lists multiplying, prayers flying, and lots of “okay God, YOU got this… right?” moments.

And He did. Through your prayers, encouragement, messages, advice, and support—seriously, y’all showed up. Thank you for praying us through decisions, timing, and all the in-between chaos. We felt it. Deeply. 🙏⚓️

This sale helps move the mission forward, frees up resources, and keeps the Hot Mess Harbor dream afloat (literally). One boat down, approximately 437 projects to go.

We’re celebrating today. Laughing. Thanking God a lot.
And gearing up for whatever wild, purposeful thing is next.

MY HOUSE IS SINKING.
✨ a Hot Mess Harbor update ✨

Woke up this morning to discover a few hundred gallons of WATER inside my boat.
Like… not a cute amount. A panic amount.

Pulled the hatches → absolute chaos.
Ran THREE pumps for 90 minutes straight and finally got things mostly cleared. Still no clue where the leak is coming from, but it definitely looks like river water, which is ✨not✨ the vibe when your house floats.

Huge shoutout to:
• My dad, calmly coaching me through the situation on the phone while I was spiraling
• Our good friend Bill, who helped troubleshoot remotely and is now literally driving up from St. John’s today to help us figure this mess out 🙌

We were freakishly close to losing this one… and all of my belongings with it. Grateful beyond words that we caught it when we did.

Welcome to Hot Mess Harbor! We are Alex and Matt, two best friends that has allowed God to disrupt our lives and send us on a new adventure! We are here to glorify God and expanded the kingdom by serving the broken teens at here in Jacksonville, Florida!
