Thank you to everyone who supported, donated, and uplifted our COMTO Jacksonville 2025 Holiday Initiative! 💛✨

Because of your generosity, we were honored to support Ms. Small, a kindergarten teacher of S.P. Livingston Elementary School—an outstanding educator and Teacher of the Year—by delivering a heap of much-needed classroom essentials.

Thanks to our supporters, her classroom received crayons, books, recess items, glue sticks, STEM kits, a brand-new kindergarten classroom rug, and so much more. The students were also surprised with their favorite requested toys—each one received with the biggest smiles imaginable! 😊🎁 To top it all off, the class celebrated with a fun-filled Friday pizza party, making the day even more special.

Moments like these strengthen our love for COMTO even more to continue inspiring our community and beyond. Together, we are truly making a difference for our future generations. Thank you so much to my wonderful members for adding some sunshine to their day!!! You all are truly amazing gems!! 🌟📚🍕🎁🎉

To kickoff COMTO HQ Week 2025, we celebrated the trailblazers who set the foundation for our success and honored Mr. Michael Blaylock with the COMTO Jacksonville "Pinnacle of Leadership" Award for his extraordinary vision as the pioneer who chartered the COMTO Jacksonville Chapter. Everyone's presence made this milestone even more meaningful as we reflect on 25 years of uplift, excellence, and “lifting as we climb.” As the 8th President of COMTO Jacksonville — trust and believe, the best is yet to come for this dynamic chapter. To my esteemed Executive Board — Tammi McGriff, Jay Pemberton, Mia Johnson, and Ida O. 📢 Garrett Morgan Day 2025 Recap!🪝🔬🚧🚦

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made this event a monumental success! 🎉 Special shoutout to CSI/GEO for being an incredible host and giving the students of Minds of the Future Academy a hands-on experience in civil engineering. From witnessing concrete withstand 4000 lbs of pressure 💥 to learning from Mr. Bill Price, CEO of CSI/GEO, a founding member of COMTO Jacksonville and his team, the day was full of inspiration!

After a delicious BBQ lunch 🍖, students put their creativity to the test in a spaghetti tower competition, building the tallest structures using only spaghetti and mini marshmallows! 🍝🏗️ Winners took home prizes, and those who knew their Garrett Morgan facts earned rewards too! 🏆

It was a day of learning, teamwork, and fun and we can’t wait for next year’s adventure! 🙌 Thank to our amazing COMTO Jacksonville Executive Board, COMTO member, Ms. Shan Taylor and the CSI/GEO staff for having us!!
