Not all the best Disney treats are found inside the parks! Salt & Straw at Downtown Disney is always worth a stop for a scoop (or two)! What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?

Need a little Sunday dinner inspiration? Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs has you covered!

I’m a big fan of the Church Lady Deviled Eggs and Key West Shrimp Cocktail, but if you’re bringing a bigger appetite, the Fried Chicken and Doughnuts might be calling your name!

What would you order?

Saturday nights are made for movie nights! And my idea of the perfect movie night is catching a Movie Under the Stars at a Walt Disney World Resort. It’s such a fun way to unwind after a busy day in the parks. There’s just something about watching a Disney movie outdoors under the stars!

Do you have a favorite Disney resort to watch a movie at?

A Disney movie, a cozy spot under the stars, and the atmosphere of Disney’s BoardWalk.

This is definitely my kind of movie night!

Wondering what I’ve been working on for my clients lately? Edinburgh, Scotland, seems to be a popular choice!

I’m currently helping two families plan European vacations that include a stop in Edinburgh, and I can certainly see why!

From underground ghost tours and the cobblestone streets of the medieval Old Town to the beautiful views from the city’s many hills, there’s so much to see and experience in Scotland’s capital.

Is Edinburgh on your travel wish list?

One of my favorite things to do on a Disney cruise is Silent DJ, especially when I’m dancing with friends! Half the fun is trying to figure out what song everyone else is listening to!

Silent DJ is one of my favorite activities on a cruise, and it’s even more fun with friends! I love being out on the dance floor, watching everyone dance to completely different songs and trying to guess what they’re listening to!

Who are you dragging onto the dance floor with you?
