I built an entire weekend itinerary around a shopping center

I’m the kinda delulu that will romanticize a shopping center. So I make a whole weekend trip to Visit Shenandoah, TX just for the Portofino shopping center!

🦇 Escaped Batman Gotham City escape room at Escapology Escape Rooms
🔥 Competed through mini challenge rooms at BRKTHROUGH
🎀 Shopped K-pop + anime at Violet K-Pop Anime Market violet_kpop and Orange Pocket
🧂 Slowed down in the salt room at myEvergreen MedSpa
🍜 Ate ramen inside the cutest honeycomb booths at Kyuramen x TBaar Shenandoah Kyuramen.Official
🥐 Found fresh sourdough at Knead Me Bakery
🌮 Had Mexican food + a full-on party at Sin Yolanda .tw
🕯️ Tried Persian + Mediterranean food while a belly dancer balanced LIT CANDLES on her head at Lama Mediterranean Cuisine

That’s what I loved about Shenandoah. Almost any place can become an adventure if you’re willing to look for one. 🥰

🎶 A tiny town with huge personality and live music roots.

Y'all, Luckenbach Texas wasn't even really on my radar, and it ended up stealing my heart! One minute I'm just passing through, the next I'm tapping my foot to a live band spilling out onto the porch of that famous dance hall, chatting with locals who treat you like family from minute one. There's something magical about a place this small packing in this much soul.
