If you've never been to the Riviera Maya, here's what to know.

Playa del Carmen sits about 45 minutes south of Cancún - easy to reach, but far enough to feel like a different world. The water is that particular shade of turquoise that makes you question every other beach you've ever been to. July is warm, the jungle is lush, and the pace slows down in a way that the rest of Mexico's tourist corridor doesn't always allow.

Palmaïa sits on the southern end of Playa del Carmen, tucked away from the main tourist strips. You won't stumble on it accidentally. You have to mean to go.

And if you've been to Cancún before and think you know what this part of Mexico looks like - you might be surprised.

Let us tell you about Palmaïa. 🌿

Tucked between the Caribbean Sea and 400 hectares of virgin jungle on Mexico's Riviera Maya, Palmaïa is an all-inclusive wellness resort unlike anything else. Infinity pools. A natural cenote. Oceanfront suites with private terraces and views that make it very hard to leave.

The only way to reach it is through a private residential development — which means once you are there, you are genuinely removed from the rest of the world.

That is the point.
