After more than 20 years of turning chaos into calm, Organizing Lifestyles will be closing on January 1st. It has been a deeply rewarding and fulfilling journey, but it’s time for me to start working on my next chapter—whatever that may be! 📖✨

I want to send a huge THANK YOU to every customer, partner, and supporter who has been part of this 20-something-year adventure. Helping you realize that “an organized life is an easier life” has been the highlight of my career.

We Did It!

We’ve officially met and exceeded our goal for the book drive in honor of our precious Aaliyah Irma Rose💖

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to everyone who donated, shared, clicked, and supported this mission. Because of you, more books are on their way to bring comfort, joy, and imagination to families at Texas Children’s NICU.

What started as a tribute to our baby girl turned into a movement of love, community, and hope. ✨

We are so incredibly thankful to share that we’ve now collected 140 books for the NICU at Texas Children’s Hospital — all in honor of our sweet Aaliyah Irma Rose.

That’s 140 chances for NICU families to feel a little less alone.
140 moments of connection.
140 stories wrapped in love.

With the help of our amazing partner Class Bookstore, we’re almost there—just 35 books away from our goal of 175 (one for every NICU bed).

Even though she’s no longer here with us physically, Aaliyah’s love, strength, and presence continue to guide everything we do. The book drive isn’t just a project — it’s her heartbeat living on through every page, every story, every gift of comfort to a NICU family.

Each book donated is a small miracle. A moment of connection. A whisper of hope in the quiet halls of the NICU — the same halls where we held our daughter, read to her, prayed for her, and loved her with every ounce of who we are.

This drive gives us purpose.
It gives Aaliyah’s life continued meaning.
And it gives other parents a moment to feel less alone.

That’s why we keep going. That’s why we’ll always keep going.
Because her story didn’t end — it just became a mission.
And as long as there are NICU families needing light, we’ll be here, honoring Aaliyah by helping to share it.

Yesterday, our sweet daughter Aaliyah Irma Rose turned 4. 💜

Though she’s no longer with us, her love continues to shine, and we’re celebrating her life in a meaningful way: through a Book Drive for the NICU at Texas Children’s Hospital.

NICU families face long, emotional journeys. We remember them well, and we know how powerful even a simple story can be during those moments. That’s why we’re collecting 175 books, one for every NICU bed

𝐈𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐡 𝐈𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 🌸

Four years ago, our daughter Aaliyah Irma Rose came into the world and forever changed our lives. Though her time here was short, her love, strength, and spirit live on in everything we do.

Aaliyah spent most of her life in the NICU at Memorial Hermann. In those quiet, uncertain moments, reading to her became our way of bonding — of sharing hope, love, and connection. This book drive holds immense significance for us.

Each year around her birthday, we honor Aaliyah by donating books to families in the NICU. Last year, we collected 300 books. This year, our goal is 175 books for the NICU at Texas Children’s Hospital.

We’ve partnered again with Class Bookstore, offering two special books:
📖 One Love—a tribute to the love Aaliyah represents.
📖 Bradley Visits the Zoo—book by local author Tyrone Void, Jr.(English & Spanish)

Every book donated is a piece of Aaliyah’s legacy — a reminder that even in the NICU, love can be heard, felt, and read.
