This is a part-time on-site role for a Rotor Technician based in Santa Fe, TX, with the option to become full-time after a probationary period.
The Rotor Technician will be responsible for assembly, disassembly, inspection, repair, balancing, and maintenance of rotating equipment components and systems. The individual will be expected to adhere to safety standards, follow company protocols, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with team members to meet quality and production deadlines.
Qualifications
-Proficiency in equipment assembly, disassembly, and repair processes
-Knowledge of balancing, inspection, and troubleshooting techniques for rotating equipment
-Understanding of safety protocols and ability to read technical drawings and manuals
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet production schedules
-Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality
-Previous experience in rotor or mechanical repair roles is a strong advantage
-Relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred
