Here at Mesler's Waterfront Services we offer installation and removal of docks& boat hoists for the Roscommon county and surrounding areas.

We also offer residential and commercial snow removal. Plus we perform small landscaping and lawn mowing.

A customer reached out about their rock beds being overgrown and we needed a change of pace. So our crew went to work on removing the old stone and overgrown grass.

When it came to getting new stone we went to Saxton's Sand and gravel. Their team does a great job and get you the right material for the job at hand.

The curb appeal with the new stone makes it look like a totally different house.

About 11 or so years ago Mesler's Waterfront Services with some help from friends poured this colored and stamped patio and walkway. Over the years a few layers of sealer were added to keep it bright and vibrant. Well with a few layers of sealer a white cloudy haze appeared.

So our crew went to Decorative Concrete Resources in Saginaw where they gave us this amazing product called Surface Aid. This product brought back the shiny bright finish it had when it was first done all those years ago.

The spring time record high water level caused some havoc on a majority of our customer's properties. This customer asked us to get their beach back to looking great again . With the help of Jerry Pirrotta and his handy tractor we made short work of this project and got the customers back to making memories with their grandkids.

To say we've been busy is a massive understatement. Our crew has been putting in long days every single day. We've pushed thru high winds, high water levels, rain, heat and even swimmers itch.

We would like to thank our new and existing customers for being patient with us and the weather this spring.

Even with the not so favorable hand mother nature dealt us this spring, we've pushed thru and got some docks and hoists in the water.

Wanna take this opportunity to thank Dick's dock and lifts for assisting us on placing hoists in Higgins Lake. Much appreciated guys!

As stated previously we are REQUIRING all Houghton Lake customers to sign a release of liability waiver prior to install. Our client's patience has definitely been appreciated this spring.

We are REQUIRING all Houghton lake customers to sign a release of liability waiver prior to ANY install of hoists or dock.

Customers choosing to wait we CANNOT guarantee install before the Memorial day weekend.

Please be patient with us as we are at the mercy of mother nature.

Hello spring. As we begin our spring install season, mother nature dealt us a tough hand. Water levels are very high and with more rain on the way the lakes we service are FULL!

While a higher lake level is great it comes with a price. For a lake as big as Houghton lake a 5 to 10 mph wind can cause considerable waves. Those waves can make a very negative impact on your dock.

We are recommending our customers wait until water levels go down to prevent damage to your expensive docks. However if you choose to have us install before the lake level is down, we are asking you to sign a release of liability waiver.
