One of the gems of this walk that you don't get on any other ship I've been on, the promenade takes you through the forecastle...the place where the anchor chains, ropes and windlass' are stored. This area is closed to passengers during mooring operations.

From Deck Chairs to the Flight Deck
I’ve been cruising for over 30 years — starting as a kid with my family, then cruising solo in my early adult years, and now sharing the experience with my daughter.

Cruising has played such a big role in my life that it eventually led me to become a Cruise Consultant with Sail Away Travel.

I just wrote about the journey and why I believe cruising can be the perfect vacation for so many different types of travelers.
