Feeling good back in my body before the holiday chaos hits is honestly the biggest plot twist of my year.
Normally I slide into December held together by vibes and caffeine…
but this time?
I’ve got an actual survival kit to keep me steady and on track with my goals.
So when the holiday whirlwind starts?
I’m not stressed out.
I’m not losing my rhythm.
I’m not accidentally replacing meals with gingerbread cookies
I just feel in my body again…clearer, calmer, and way more capable.
Like I can enjoy the season and still keep the promises I made to myself.
The endless treats?
Not controlling my day.
The schedule?
Still packed… but I’m not unraveling with it.
The to-do list?
Suddenly less scary when I’m actually regulated.
Turns out, staying grounded through the holidays might be the real flex.
