This customer came in with a cracked shaft which flooded his motor with salt water. Fortunately I was able to swing a deal with minnkota to not only replace his shaft but replace the motor as well even though his warranty had been expired for years. End result is this customer got a brand new shaft and lower unit for free and was only out of pocket for my time to swap it out!
