Tier 2 • Independent Operations Team
💵 Starting Pay: $14–16/hr + tips
Most people think this job is just handing out bikes.
It’s not.
We’re looking for someone who can make nervous riders feel comfortable, solve problems calmly, and represent the brand like it’s their own.
This is a customer service job first.
The bikes matter.
The people matter more.
☀️ WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:
• Deliveries & pickups around Gulf Shores & Orange Beach
• Trail support when riders need help
• Guest experience & rider education
• Loading, unloading, cleaning & staging bikes
• Helping first-time riders feel confident before they hit the trail
• Working outdoors in the Alabama heat during busy vacation days
🦊 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable talking to strangers all day
• Comfortable driving a company van
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Physically capable of staying active outdoors
• Takes ownership and solves problems quickly
• Understands hospitality is about energy and attitude

• You need constant supervision
• You think average customer service is good enough
Weekend availability is required.
Peak season shifts may begin as early as 7AM.
This isn’t a corporate environment.
