Built out a fully buffered coco/perlite + biochar substrate with one goal: uniform root zone chemistry across every pot.
ā¢ Evenly blended coco/perlite for structure & aeration
ā¢ Charged biochar (24 hrs) to act as a nutrient reservoir
ā¢ Added castings + mycorrhizae for biological support
ā¢ Pre-buffered with a controlled nutrient solution (~500 ppm, pH ~5.9)
ā¢ Hydrated to field capacity without oversaturationāno runoff, no pooling
This isnāt just āsoil prepāāthis is engineering a consistent environment so every plant gets the same start. The result: better root establishment, less transplant shock, and more predictable feeding response.
