We completed a dockside service on Lake Butler this morning. We replaced the alternator and fuseable link due to the engine charging system not working properly. Customers batteries were going dead. We also replaced the thermostat because it was stuck open causing the engine to not get to proper operating temp. This caused milky fuel soaked oil. We also fixed a Nav light shorted wire causing the fuse to blow.

We just wanted to announce the Grand Opening of our New Shop location!! We are all moved in and ready for business! The last 3 weeks we have been working hard to get ourselves set up here.. Big thank you to our family, friends, employees, and customers for helping us get here. We are now at 122 Sourwood Lane Groveland FL 34736, just a few miles from where we were before but much easier to navigate to. Look for our big sign from 50 and you'll see us!

Just wanted everyone to know that our phone line has unfortunately been affected by this Verizon outage. New switch panel replacement. We replaced every wire, terminal, switch, breaker and boots. Added labels for ease of following wires in future as well.
If your having intermittent issues with most of your electrical- typically it’s caused by corrosion either on the terminals, switches, wiring or all 3 combined. Get rid of the intermittent headache by replacing with all new. You’d be surprised the difference it makes!

Exterminator Adam on the job! This boat came in with major squirrel damage…. The worst part? It brought a hitchhiker with it…. After chasing it for 15 mins Adam got the parts grabbers and hiked the little sucker far far away…. After a few wire harnesses, battery cables and sensors replaced, now she’s back up to par and ready to hit the water.
Watch out for these pesky animals in the upcoming cold weather season- they love to find their way into cowlings, bilge areas, and battery compartments.

A few recent Simrad installs- both came out great. The first one was a new install with no previous unit installed on the boat.
The second one was a replacement of an old unit to a new unit that the customer supplied. The old hole was bigger than the new unit but that’s not a problem for us- we made a starboard plate to make up for it.
