When our pets are sick or facing something serious, it can be overwhelming. Between work schedules, family responsibilities, and the emotional weight of it all, even just figuring out how to get them where they need to go can feel like one more heavy thing.

That’s one of the reasons I started Silver Paws.

In addition to local appointments, I also offer long-distance transport for pets who need specialty or advanced care outside of the Greenville area — including surgery, oncology appointments, and other referrals.

I’ve personally walked through specialty treatments and radiation with my own animals, so I understand how difficult that season can be. If I can help lighten that load by making sure your pet gets there safely, comfortably, and is cared for with patience and compassion the entire way, I would truly be honored.

You don’t have to navigate those drives alone.

🐾 Welcome to Silver Paws Pet Transport, LLC 🐾

Hi, I’m Michelle — the owner behind Silver Paws.

For 17 years, I ran my own in-home daycare, caring for children and supporting families in our community. That season of life meant so much to me, and I still enjoy watching many of “my daycare kids” grow up and succeed — some are even in college now. Seeing that growth has been such a blessing.

After closing my daycare in 2021, I took time to think about what my next chapter would look like. I’ve always had a servant’s heart, and two things have always been constant in my life: helping people and loving animals.

I’ve spent years volunteering in animal rescue — transporting dogs, fostering, pulling from shelters, and caring for special-needs animals. I’ve fostered dogs with significant medical challenges and adopted two special-needs dogs of my own, including blind dogs and one with neurological and orthopedic needs. I’m comfortable handling anxious pets, senior pets, and pets recovering from medical treatment.

As a mom of four, longtime small business owner, and animal lover, responsibility and reliability are incredibly important to me. I have a clean driving record, have been background checked, and Silver Paws Pet Transport, LLC is insured.

My goal is simple: safe transportation, clear communication, and compassionate care from pickup to return. I want your pet to arrive safely and comfortably — and to feel calm, cared for, and secure while in my care.

Hi, I’m Michelle, the owner and operator of Silver Paws Pet Transport.

I provide safe, reliable pet transportation for senior owners and pet owners who need assistance getting their pets to appointments. Whether you don’t have transportation, are recovering from surgery, work long hours, or simply need an extra hand, I’m here to help.

As the sole owner and operator, I personally handle every transport. Your pet is never handed off to someone else.

• Stay-and-wait service during appointments
• FaceTime coordination so owners can speak directly with the veterinarian

At home, I share my life with two dogs, two cats, and two guinea pigs, so I understand firsthand how much our animals mean to us.
