Ravel & Stitch Welcome to my page! I enjoy crafting and I hope you like what you see! I believe in contacting my customers as soon a possible. Weekends may vary.

Family comes first, but you can rest assured that you will generally hear from me within one business day. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Paypal is the most convenient way to pay for your items and insures that you will receive them quickly. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose to pay directly by using the email payments@ra

velandstitch.com, or I can invoice you. I do not send packages until payment has cleared. I also do not start custom orders until I receive payment. Please contact me if you're having trouble. If no payment or contact within 3 days, I will assume that you no longer want your order. I do not accept checks or money orders. Items are sent USPS. I keep items protected in a bag within packaging to protect from rain or other forms of damage. Packaging depends on size. I use recycled packaging whenever possible. I generally ship the most economical way possible. If you require your package faster, or need international shipping, please message me. I will automatically ship to your Paypal address. If you need your package shipped to a different address, please put that in your "message to seller". Items in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders will ship as soon as possible, generally within a week. You will be kept up to date on all custom orders. International orders can be held up by customs for up to 6 weeks. This doesn't generally happen, but please be aware it's a possibility. I only accept returns if I have grossly misstated the product. All sales on custom orders are final. For custom orders, please message me! We will discuss what you want, the timeline and any specific information. I will keep in touch with you each step of the way. Sales on custom orders are final.
